Change of Customer Care Centre Operating Hours
Effective May 12, 2024, the BC Cannabis Customer Care Centre (CCC) is adjusting our business operating hours to make more agents available during peak times to serve customers most effectively.
Please see our updated hours below:
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 6:00pm (no change)
Sunday and Statutory Holidays
10:30am to 6:00pm (no change)
Saturday
Closed (updated)
As usual, the CCC is available to serve customers via phone call 1-833-420-2227 or email at [email protected]. Any messages left on Saturday will be returned on Sunday.
The CCC looks forward to continuing and improving our support with our updated operating hours.
